Celebrate this Season of Giving with our friends at City of Refuge!

Join us as we partner with City of Refuge during their Season of Giving by donating a Care Kit! Meeting basic needs is one of the best ways you can support local refugee families. Your donation is not only meeting tangible needs – it helps refugee families feel safe and welcome in mid-Missouri. Your generosity will help local refugee families worry less about the day-to-day things they need and let them focus more on the bigger challenges like finding a job, learning English, and settling into a new life.

Pick the Care Kit that you'd like to build from our Christmas tree in the foyer, purchase the suggested kit items, and drop off your kit during a Sunday Gathering! Follow the steps below to participate. You can also visit the City of Refuge website to learn more.

How to Build a Kit:
1. Choose which kit(s) you'd like to build.
2. Purchase NEW items from the suggested list below (the additional program donation is optional). 
3. Pack all the supplies in any appropriately-sized box or container.
4. Drop the kit off in the foyer during a Sunday Gathering (by Dec. 10th!)

All Care Kits must be dropped off in the Karis Church foyer by December 10th to be delivered to City of Refuge. Thanks for loving our refugee neighbors this holiday season!
