Coming Sunday, Jan. 25: The Wellspring

This Sunday in Karis, we’ll begin a new study through the book of Genesis.

We’re calling the series “The Wellspring,” reflecting the emphasis on blessing in the Bible’s first book.

We’ve been blessed in creation. We’re being restored to it in redemption. This all flows from the blessing that exists in our Triune God Himself. One day His blessing will again fill the earth. The Lord will fulfill His promise to Abraham in the Lord Jesus Christ. And He will use us His people as instruments of this blessing.

The good life is found when we drink from the living waters of, and flow with the currents of, the Wellspring. It’s a message in Karis we long to imbibe. And it’s a message we long to share with the world around us.
