Joins Us For Ridgeway Prayer Walks

“Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, to all the exiles whom I have sent into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon: Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat their produce. . . . But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.” (Jeremiah 29:4–57)

By God’s grace and sovereign will, Karis Church has found a new home at 606 Ridgeway Avenue. With a new building comes new neighbors to share the Gospel with. Will we be faithful to seek their welfare and pray on their behalf?

Pastor Kevin Larson recently began organizing a series of Prayer Walks in our new neighborhood. Participants spend time walking the streets of Columbia’s First Ward, praying for the physical and spiritual needs of our neighbors. We also offer prayer to any new friends we might make during these walks. It is our hope that all of the households in the Ridgeway area come to know the love and peace of Christ.

Will you join us on the following dates for Prayer Walks?
